Smokestack Baked Beans




These beans always go over well at BBQ's.
Enjoy your holiday weekend!








4 slices bacon
1 large can pork and beans
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 TBS minced onion
1/2 to 1 TBS chili powder
1 TBS mustard
1 tsp liquid smoke
3/4 c. barbecue sauce
1/4 c. ketchup
1/4 c. sorghum or molasses (this is a must)




Cook bacon. Add rest of ingredients and bake in low oven at 325 degrees for 1 to 1.5 hours.
